The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction dated 12.07.2017 pending in Original Suit No. 62 of 2017 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the court is lying vacant at the present moment. The defendant has already been duly served and is contesting the proceedings.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer is posted in the court, he shall endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
