The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 47/2010, within a time specified by this Court.
The petitioner is plaintiff in the said suit. It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit is pending since the year 2010, but on account of delaying tactics of the defendants, no substantial progress has been made in the suit.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
