Heard Sri Ankit Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
The petitioners have come up in the writ petition with a prayer seeking direction to the respondent no.2 to send the name of petitioner no.1 Shanti Devi Mahavidyalaya to the respondent no.4 Mahatma Jyotibha Phule Rohilkhand University, Pilibhit for participation in the councelling for admission in B.Ed course for academic session 2019-21.
Sri M.N. Singh, Advocate on instructions states that certain formalities in respect to filling up of teachers have not yet been completed by the respondent no.4 and, therefore, the petitioners cannot be permitted to participate in the councelling.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to submit a representation before respondent no.2 Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra raising all its grievances within a period of ten days from today. In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed off.
