Heard. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore declining to entertain the petitioner’s application. In the application, the petitioner had challenged the order of the Disciplinary Authority dated 30.03.2017 dismissing him from service. The Tribunal has declined to entertain the application on the ground that the petitioner had not exhausted the statutory remedy of appeal available against the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2017. We find no error in the order of the Tribunal to warrant interference.
Petition dismissed.
