JUDGMENT Questioning the order passed by the learned Single Judge in rejecting the writ petitions with cost, the appellants have filed these appeals.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that she will be satisfied if the representation made by the petitioners in terms of Annexures – Q, R and S are considered by the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for the same.
4. Hence, the appeals are disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations at Annexures – Q, R and S in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The cost as imposed by the learned Single Judge is made easy.
