THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner herein who is not a party to execution proceedings in No.29/2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhadravathi, has come up in this writ petition seeking quashing of the said execution proceedings.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the Execution proceedings in No.29/2014 is looked into in the e-courts website of Shivamogga District. On going through the same, it is seen that Ex.Petition No.29/2014 has already been disposed of as compromised by judgment dated 20.08.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
