JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2017 within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2017, therefore, the 1st respondent may be directed to take appropriate action on the same.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent, within a period of six weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
