Sri Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the caveator is not present though a copy of the correction application has been served to him by learned counsel for the petitioners.

This is a correction application for correction of the order dated 31.07.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 31.07.2018 is corrected as follows:
1. Let word "F.I.R. dated 12.06.2017 which appears in the 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of the order be deleted, so as to be replaced by 'F.I.R. dated 12.06.2018."
