JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the common order dated 07.01.2016 passed in Writ Petition Nos.55496-55497 of 2015 and connected matters by the learned Single Judge, the petitioners therein have filed these appeals.
2. Writ Petition Nos.26427-26438 of 2015 was challenged in Writ Appeal Nos.187 of 2016 and 207-
218 of 2016. By an order dated 21.11.2016, stay of the demand of the property tax was granted till the objections / representations of the appellants were considered by the Commissioner.
3. The learned counsel for the appellants submit that these appeals may be disposed off in same terms.
4. The submission is accepted.
5. These writ appeals are disposed off in terms of the order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Writ Appeal Nos.187 of 2016 and 207-218 of 2016.
The amount in deposit will be subject to further proceedings.
