On 20.1.2012, this Court has issued Notice to the appellants, making it returnable on 05.03.2012, as learned advocate for the appellants has elevated to the Bench. On 5.3.2012, the parties-in-person were present and they requested for some time for arranging the advocate. Therefore, the matter is adjourned to today. Even, today parties-in-person requested for some time. This matter is of the year 1996 and it will not be appropriate to grant time again and again. Therefore, the request to adjourn the matter is rejected. The present appeal is dismissed for default as parties-in-person are not co-operating with the court's proceedings. No order as to costs.
