1. The present application has been preferred by the applicants under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay in submitting the application for bringing the heirs of original respondent no. 4 on record.
2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the proposed heirs of original respondent no. 4 i.e. respondents nos. 4/1 to 4/3.
3. Under the circumstances, there is no opposition to the present application. Hence, the present application is allowed and the delay caused in preferring the application to bring the heirs of original respondent no. 4 on record is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
