1. Heard Mr. Havewalla, learned advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Havewalla, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein has filed certain complaints against a person and that the complaint is filed under the provisions of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and the petitioner has been asked to produce Caste Certificate in support of the complaint. For the said purpose the petitioner preferred the application before the authority.
3. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the said application came to be rejected by competent authority and against the said decision, appeal is pending.
He also submitted that the appeal is not heard and decided yet, on the other hand chargesheet is filed.
With such factual background, the learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will make application to the Collector which may be expeditiously considered by the Collector and appropriate order may be passed.
4. For the said purpose learned advocate for the petitioner prayed for permission to withdraw the petition.
5. Permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with observation that if any application is made by petitioner in connection with the request for Caste Certificate, the same may be considered in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
