This Civil Application has been preferred by the three applicants who claim to be legal heirs and representatives of original respondent, Smt. Kashiben Gagabhai Makwana, who is stated to have expired on 19/02/2009.
In absence of contest the application for impleading the following three persons are permitted to be impleaded as respondent Nos.1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 respectively in place of original respondent who has expired.
Shantaben Kalyanbhai Thakor.
Sonaben Dahyabhai Thakor.
Shardaben Dashrathbhai Takor.
The applicants are directed to furnish revised cause-title in the main petition within a period of one week from today.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
