The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the authorities concerned cancelling the registration of the petitioner.
The order passed by the authorities cancelling the registration is an appellable one. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse of the remedies available to him. The authorities will proceed in accordance with law.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter at this state in view of a decision of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Authorized Officer State Bank of Travancore and another vs. Mathew K.C. reported in (2018) 3 Supreme Court Cases 85.
This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
