Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.
Learned Standing Counsel states that although the petitioner is stated to have been awarded an adverse entry in the year 201415, the third respondent shall duly evaluate the claim of promotion of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in respect of this claim within a period of two months from today.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
