Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report lodged report dated 06.07.2017 related to Case Crime no. 378 of 2017 under Section 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Bilari, District Moradabad."
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 137 of 2017 dated 27.08.2017, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
