This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.1030 of 2012 on the file of the respondent and quash the same, in respect of the petitioner.

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation has been completed by the respondent and final report will be filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, Chennai, within a period of two weeks.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
