3. The second respondent, viz., The Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kanchipuram, has produced the alleged detenue. Since the petitioner is not present, identification of the petitioner cannot be made. Under such circumstances, this petition deserves to be dismissed.
In fine this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
