This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner gave a complaint to the third respondent on 31.03.2014 and the third respondent police has registered a case on 15.04.2014 and so far no action has been taken by the respondent police.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is over and the respondent police will file a final report within a period of three months from today.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
