Case is called out. None is present on either side. Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
From perusal of order of this Court dated 24.11.2014, it is clear that opposite party no.2, Smt. Savitri Devi was present in the Court and requested for time to engage a counsel for herself and to file counter affidavit but till date neither counsel has been engaged nor any counter affidavit has been filed by opposite party no.2. It is also clear that the victim was major and permitted to live together with revisionist no.1,Shanker. It seems that the parties are not interested to contest this case. Hence this revision appears to have become infructuous.
The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
