THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13355 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file fresh proceedings in accordance with law, as may be advised by the learned lawyer or any appropriate person. This order should not be construed as an advice of this Court. No order as to costs.
