Sri Rajneesh Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This is an application for recall of the order dated 02.11.2018.
Learned counsel for the appellants/applicants submits that an illness slip of Sri Ashish Jaiswal was sent on 02.11.2018 and the earlier counsel Sri V.C. Tewari, Advocate had died. Sri ABL Gaud, learned Senior Counsel was to argue the present appeal, but he was not in a position to argue the appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellants/ applicants submits that the appellants shall appear on the next date of hearing i.e. on 19.12.2018.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants/applicants, the order dated 02.11.2018 is recalled, the appellant/applicant shall appear on the next date of hearing i.e. on 19.12.2018 which has already been fixed, before the appropriate Bench.
Accordingly, the present recall application stands disposed off.
