Shankarlal vs Learned

Learned advocate Mr. Premal Joshi for the appellant, under instructions, states that respondent No. 2, original accused, has passed away. Learned advocate Mr. Yatin Soni for respondent No. 2 states that he has no instruction in that regard.

In view of the statement made by learned advocate Mr. Joshi, as the respondent accused has expired, the appeal stands disposed of as abated.
