The sole grievance of the petitioners is that the encroachment made over plot no. 891, situate at village Siraura, Kaji, Tehsil Gunnaur, District Sambhal, which is recorded as Chak Marg, was not being removed.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the encroachment over the Gaon Sabha land, they may take recourse to the filing of an application/case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioners file a case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a period of 15 days from today, then the same shall, after hearing all the parties concerned, be decided within a period of 90 days thereafter, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
