Sri A.C. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no further instructions from the petitioner.
Sri Pawan Kumar Mishra, holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents points out that the present petition arises out of suit proceedings and a writ of certiorari is sought for quashing a judicial order.
In view of the law laid down in the case of Radhey Shyam vs. Chhabi Nath, (2015) 5 SCC 423, judicial orders of civil courts are not amenable to a writ of certiorari under Article 226.
