1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Grievance of the petitioners is that the mutation application No. 393 of 2020 (Shankar Lal Vs. Jagdish Prasad) filed under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending since 25.2.2020, before respondent no.1/ Tehsildar, Handia, District - Prayagraj.
3. In view of the fact that the aforesaid case has been recently instituted, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the aforesaid application may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, provided the petitioners do not seek any adjournment during that time period and cooperate in the proceedings.
