By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties directing them to pay the retiral dues, Master Insurance along with arrears of the pension as per the government rules to the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length has submitted that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 05.12.2020, which is contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, to the Municipal Commissioner, Ayodhya Municipal, Corporation, Ayodhya (opposite party No.3), but till date, no action has been taken by the authority concerned on the representation of the petitioner.
