Heard Sri Mahendra Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent nos.1 to 3.
By means of this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the S.S.P., Aligarh to save his life and liberty as well as his family members and necessary legal action be taken against the respondent no.4, who is threatening the petitioner.
It is to be noted that in case there is any threat upon the petitioner, it is always open to the petitioner to lodge an FIR in the relevant police station against any person to protect his life and liberty.
In writ proceeding, such a blanket order cannot be passed.
The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
