The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.32472 of 2018 (Shankar Lal & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 27.07.2019 have been filed by learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with and proceedings have also been initiated against the illegal encroachers.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
