Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for disbursal of all benefits flowing from the order dated 7 July 2017 as well as the prayer for payment of interest on delayed disbursal thereof shall be duly considered by the said respondent and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
