JUDGMENT:
This appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 03.12.2002 in O.S.No.149 of 1999 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.
Learned counsel for the appellants addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has requested for posting of the case for withdrawal.
At the hearing, Mr. K. Somakonda Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission to withdraw the appeal.
Having regard to the said request, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 13.02.2004 is vacated and C.M.P.No.3373 of 2004 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
