Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondent nos.1 and 2.
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil-Madhuban, District Mau to decide the Mutation Case No.T201815510301677 of 2018 (Shanichari vs. Sagar) under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending since a long time as is reflected from the order-sheet that has been enclosed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. It is stated that repeated dates are being fixed for evidence of the objector, but the case is not being decided.
Under the circumstances, the respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil- Madhuban, District Mau is directed to proceed to take a decision on the mutation application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of furnishing a copy of this order before him. The petitioner shall file a computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhaar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhaar Card is linked. The concerned Authority shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
