JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's vehicle was seized by the 1st respondent alleging transportation of sand without valid document. Immediately after seizure of the vehicle, the 1st respondent produced the same before the 2nd respondent for adjudication. Petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd respondent for release of the vehicle. The said representation is pending consideration by the 2nd respondent. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government pleader on behalf of the respondents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
