The petitioner's vehicle is allegedly involved for transporting river sand without permission. The petitioner seeks to release the vehicle. The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 representation before the second respondent. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to release the vehicle to the petitioner on depositing the value of the vehicle, which is to be determined by the competent authority within a period of three weeks. The petitioner is also directed to produce the copy of the judgment before the second respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
