ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 27-3-2014 in E.A.No.2 of 2014 in E.P.No.1 of 2012 in O.S.No.10 of 2007 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District.
The petitioner secured decree for permanent injunction against the respondents in the above mentioned suit. On the ground that the respondents have violated the said decree, the petitioner filed E.P.No.1 of 2012 for sending the respondents to civil prison. Pending the E.P., the petitioner filed E.A.No.2 of 2014 for ordering police protection to protect her possession. This application having been dismissed, the petitioner filed this Revision Petition.
In my opinion, when the E.P. filed for sending the respondents to civil prison on the ground of violation of the decree for injunction is pending, it is not appropriate to grant police protection as an interim relief. Therefore, the lower Court is justified in dismissing the E.A. Hence, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order of the lower Court. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the E.P. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.2640 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
