The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.27017 of 2018 (Shamsul Hasan Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the applicant to dismiss the present contempt application as not pressed with liberty to approach the Writ Court.
Prayer is allowed.
The present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
