1. Sri Naveen Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, on instruction, submits that during pendency of this writ petition the petitioner-Shamsuddin has died, therefore, this writ petition has rendered infructuous and it may be dismissed as such.
2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
