Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A for the State.
As per the prosecution case the applicant is engaged in trafficking foreign nationals in India without any documentation or valid permission. The applicant was caught near the Nepal Border. He is a flight risk.
The menace of foreigners entering the country without proper testimonials is a serious consequences.
The bail application is rejected.
Learned trial court shall make all endeavours to ensure that the criminal case is decided within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
The prosecution agencies as well as accused person are directed to cooperate in the trial proceedings, to ensure that the trial is concluded within the stipulated period of one year.
