2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition shall be amended forthwith.
3. Notice returnable on 09.03.2012.
4. Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State appears and waives service of notice for the respondent no.1-State. Direct service is permitted qua respondent no.2 and newly added respondent no.3.
