Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
From the record, it is evident that the respondents appear to have placed the petitioner under suspension in terms of order dated 26 October 2018. It is alleged in the writ petition that this order has not been provided to the petitioner. As long as the petitioner remains under suspension, the reliefs as prayed for in the writ petition cannot be granted.
However, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to provide to the petitioner a copy of the order dated 26 October 2018.
