This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 10.7.1998 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 20/97 allowing the judgment and order of Ist Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor dated 18.6.1997 whereby the appellant has been convicted in Case Crime No. 103/1986 in Case No. 655/96.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
