Heard learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present revision has been filed for setting aside the judgment and orders dated 19.04.2008 and 25.05.2008 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 2, Bulandshahr in Misc. Suit No. 466 of 2008 (Smt. Sarwari Vs. Shamshad Khan), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Ahmadgarh, District Bulandshahar, by which the recovery warrant and direction to S.S.P., Bulandshahr has been issued to recover the amount of maintenance of Rs.11,200/- having given fifteen days time and thereafter same may be recovered by attaching and selling the immoveable property of revisionist in compliance of the maintenance award dated 10.12.2006 passed by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bulandshahr.
I have gone through the record as well as impugned judgment and orders dated 19.04.2008 and 25.05.2008 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 2, Bulandshahr. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned judgment and orders. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
