Learned counsel for both the parties are present.
According to the report of the C.J.M. concerned, the bailable warrant could not be served upon the respondent in spite of the best efforts of the Police concerned.
This writ petition was dismissed on 11.8.2015 with cost of Rs. 15,000/- but the costs of Rs. 15,000/- has not been paid by the petitioner no. 1 Shamshad @ Bhota. The said costs were to be paid to petitioner no. 2 Smt. Gulafsha by way of depositing the bank draft drawn in her name in the office of Registrar General of this Court.
In view of the above, the recovery warrant be issued against the petitioner no. 1 Shamshad @ Bhota through C.J.M. concerned who shall, after recovery of the said amount, send the bank draft thereof drawn in favour of petitioner no. 2 Smt. Gulafsha to the office of Registrar General.
