Petitioner submits that he has wrongly been appointed in the year 2005 inasmuch as similarly placed persons were appointed in the year 2001. According to petitioner, appointment order of petitioner dated 14.6.2005 be modified.
Record reveals that petitioner has not only joined pursuant to the appointment order but has also superannuated. It would be too late in the day for the petitioner to question the appointment now.
Writ petition is grossly barred by latches and is dismissed, accordingly.
