Although an order of transfer, passed against the petitioner on 16.02.2018, is under challenge, but learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already joined.
In case the petitioner has already joined, it shall be open for him to represent in the matter with regard to his claim, which shall be looked into by the authority concerned, keeping in view the provision of transfer policy and the personal hardship, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of representation.
The petition is disposed of, accordingly.
