This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the Munsiff Court, Varkala to issue carbon copy of the order dated I.A.No. 2870/2014 in O.S.No. 458/2014 and also for a direction to dispose of Ext.P7 application.
2. It appears that the petitioner instituted O.S.No.
458/2014 for various reliefs and I.A.No.2870/2014 was moved for interim relief. From the records, it is seen that the said petition was dismissed by the court below. The petitioner has applied for the carbon copy. But he was not served with the same and therefore he is unable to pursue his further remedy in that regard.
3. It is pointed out that he has filed Ext.P7 application before the same court seeking orders to keep in abeyance the order in I.A.No. 2870/2014. That has not been disposed
