1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, earned standing counsel for respondent - State, Sri Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.3.
2. The petitioner claims that while her husband was Mazdoor, he died on 27.11.2020 but entire death cum post retiral dues of the petitioner's husband has not been paid. The petitioner has repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire death-cum-post retiral dues but no payment has been made till date.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire death-cum-post retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
