JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the interim order dated 01.08.2011 was not complied with. However, since the loan amount is still due, the respondent Bank shall, on receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, issue a statement of account by registered post, stating the amounts due in the loan account, as on 15.12.2014 and directing to pay off the same in six installments. The 1st instalment shall be paid on or before 24.12.2014 and thereafter; the due date of instalments falling on the 24th of each succeeding month. If any one default is committed in making the instalments, then the recovery proceedings shall revive and continue. On the satisfaction of the dues as per the statement, the Bank shall give a statement of the future interest from 15.12.2014 and the same shall be settled as WPC.No.29644/2011 : 2 : the 7th instalment.
The writ petition stands disposed of as above.
No costs.
