[1] Present application is filed by the applicant for deleting / modifying condition nos.(a) and (c) of the order dated 17.12.2008 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.15377 of 2008.
[2] The order passed by this Court is in the year 2008. Till today, there is no untoward incident reported against the present applicant. The applicant has not breached any conditions imposed by this Court and has complied all the conditions. Charge sheet is also filed.
[3] Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering above, present application is partly allowed. Condition no.(c) of the order dated 17.12.2008 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.15377 of 2008 is hereby deleted. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
Direct service is permitted.
