JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.Vimal M. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that though this Court has granted the interim-relief in favour of the present applicant-appellant during the pendency of the appeal, respondent Nos.2 to 5 have purchased the property from respondent No.1 and the applicant-original plaintiff has preferred an application before the Trial Court to join the concerned person, who purchased the property from respondent No.1.
2. This application is filed for joining the necessary party, who purchased the property from respondent No.1. Though notice was served upon the respondents, nobody is present before this Court through advocate or as party-in-person.
3. In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of Para-5(A). The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
